The Industry Group was established in 2015 by experienced market researcher, Suzanne Smith. Suzanne has 25 years market research experience working for both large corporate and small agencies prior to starting The Industry Group.
Prior to moving into market research, she worked in marketing roles withing Fletcher Building, giving her an in-depth understanding of the client side of business.
